Q. How often can I take Defensive Driving?

A. You are allowed to take a Defensive Driving course once every 12 months.

Q. Can I still get the insurance discount even if I’m taking the class for a ticket?

A. Yes. Once you have provided the court with a copy of your Defensive Driving certificate and other required paperwork (if taking the class for a ticket), your insurance company will allow you to receive the discount. After all, you’re taking the class for dismissal of a ticket. Right?

Q. How soon will I get my certificate?

A. We guarantee them back in 21 calendar days, although they are usually delivered in 10-14 days.

Q. Can I get my certificate sooner (I waited too long!)?

A. For $25 we can get it delivered overnight by DHL.

Q. What if I lose my certificate?

A. You can get a duplicate certificate for $10 delivered to your home in about a week.

Q. I got a ticket out of state. Will other states let me take your Defensive Driving class to dismiss a ticket?

A. Contact the court having jurisdiction over your citation to see if they will allow you to take the class.
